Building Inspector/Assessor Joseph Sperber Fire Inspector Peter Anfiteatro MEMORADUM To: Mayor Leo Wiegman and Village Trustees From: Seth Davis, Chairman Date: May 13, 2011 Subject: Proposed adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 2 of 2011 (the “Draft Law”) which would amend Chapter 116 to supplement the list of Type II actions contained in the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) Regulations and proposed determinations of the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Police Chief, and Village Engineer The Zoning Board of Appeals, in response to the SEQR Lead Agency Designation notification to all involved agencies, dated April 21, 2011, has no objections to the Village Board being designated as lead agency. The vote at the meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 was 5 to 0 in favor. Furthermore, at the Zoning Board meeting on May 11, 2011, the Zoning Board reviewed the proposed additions to the list of Type II actions which are within the jurisdiction of this Board and recommends adoption of these additional actions as Type II with the revisions shown on the attached.
