ROBERT LUTZ Members MARK AAROS FRACES ALLE BRUCE KAUDERER STEVE KRISKY Attorney JAMES STAUDT Village Engineer DAIEL O’COOR, P.E. ROIE ROSE MEMORADUM To: Mayor Leo Wiegman, Board of Trustees From: Robert Luntz, Chairman Date: June 15, 2011 Subject: Proposed adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 2 of 2011 (the ‘Draft Law”) which would amend Chapter 116 to supplement the list of Type II actions contained in the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) Regulations and proposed determinations of the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Police Chief, and Village Engineer. At the Planning Board meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, the Planning Board reviewed the proposed adoption of the above-referenced Local Law and the proposed additions to the list of Type II actions which are within the jurisdiction of this Board. The Planning Board recommends the adoption of the above-referenced Local Law. The additions to the list of Type II actions were discussed at length, and based on this discussion, the Board recommends that Type II Action #4 be changed as indicated on the attached list of actions. There are no other recommended changes to the proposed supplemental list of Type II actions. It is recommended that the Village Attorney review the proposed change to Type II Action #4.
