Parking Department Quarterly Report
December 1, 2021 – February 28, 2022
Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot:
There were 16,703 transactions with revenue totaling $174,437.65.
The daily parking account revenue for the first three quarters of the year is now at 202.47% of our
projected annual budget. The daily parking was budgeted conservatively this year as the Village did not
know at what level employees would return to work and use mass transit.
Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot:
Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 34
Resident Parking Permits Sold: 269
Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 596
Total Revenue: $253,770
The permit parking account revenue for the first three quarters of the year is now at 97.27% of our
projected annual budget. This amount includes payments for all four permit cycles. As we are seeing a
slight increase of permit sales, it is possible that this number hits its budgeted amount by May 31.

Seasonal Snow Parking Permits: 31 issued
Asbury Parking Lot: 2 issued
Croton Commons Parking Lot: 0 issued
Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 3 issued
South Harmon Parking Lot: 4 issued

Total Quarterly Revenue: $1,186.16
This amount combined with the previous booked revenue represents 124% of our projected annual
budget.
