On motion of TRUSTEE ___________, seconded by TRUSTEE _________, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York. 
 
Resolution #79-2022 
 
WHEREAS, in 2011, the Village agreed to serve as the municipal sponsor with the 
New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for the Van Cortlandt 
Manor Entrance Improvement Project; and 
 
WHEREAS, the agreement for that project expired on September 30, 2021; and 
 
WHEREAS, NYSDOT has provided a no-cost time extension for the project until 
September 30, 2023, 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby 
authorized to execute the no-cost time extension agreement with the NYSDOT for 
the Van Cortlandt Manor Entrance Improvement Project for the period ending 
September 30, 2023.
