As there is no change in the cost of the project, a No Cost Time Extension (NCTE) can be completed to extend the contract completion date to 09/30/2023. Attached is an electronic copy of a “Request for No-Cost Time Extension”. Please have the form signed and notarized, and return one electronic copy via email at your earliest convenience. Once the time extension is signed by both the Village and the Department, reimbursement for work after 9/30/2021 may continue to be processed.
