Parking Department Quarterly Report June 1, 2022 – August 31, 2022 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 33,196 transactions with revenue totaling $326,662. This amount represents 40.3% of our projected annual budget. A combination of offices reopening, as well as typical summertime increases in travel to the city, has led to better-than-expected revenue in daily parking. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 38 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 310 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 644 Total Revenue: $305,655.39 This amount represents 30.6% of our projected annual budget. As more individuals commute more regularly into the city again, permit sales have generated slightly better-than-expected revenue. This is a welcome change from last year’s first quarter report, which saw this revenue lower than budgeted. Local Parking Permit Revenue: Seasonal Snow Parking Permits: 0 issued Asbury Parking Lot: 0 issued Croton Commons Parking Lot: 22 issued Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 43 issued South Harmon Parking Lot: 0 issued South Riverside Avenue: 0 issued Residential Parking permits: 7 issued Total Quarterly Revenue: $1,735.00 This amount, combined with the deferred revenue from FY2022, represents 105.6% of our projected annual budget. These permits are annual in nature, leading to most revenue in this account coming in May and June. Train Station Free Weekend Parking Permits: 129 issued
