MOTION
On Tuesday, August 6th, the Planning Board of the Village of Croton-
on Hudson reviewed a referral from the Village Board of Trustees
regarding a Special Permit Application from WPB Development LLC to
construct a 100-unit residential building located at 1-3 Croton Point
Avenue and Lot A (79.17-1-3,4,5).
The Planning Board discussed the Village Board of Trustees acting as
Lead Agency for SEQRA Review and had no objection. Eva Thaddeus
made a motion accepting the Village Board of Trustees acting as Lead
Agency for this application, seconded by John Ghegan, and the motion
passed, 5 – 0.
