Enclosed please find the resolution approved at the Village Board of Trustees Meeting on
August 19, 2026, referring the draft Local Law Introductory No. 13 of 2026, the EAF and the CAF
that seeks to amend the text of Chapter 230 “Zoning” to provide clarification and streamline review
of land use applications to better serve the public.
As per the Village Code, please review the draft law and make a recommendation back to the
Village Board of Trustees.
