New Business Subject 3.2 Energy Performance Contract with Honeywell Type Action Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the resolution to authorize an EPC (energy performance contract) between the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District and Honeywell as presented. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of Croton-Harmon Union Free School District hereby approves an energy performance contract with Honeywell International Inc. for the installation of energy performance measures consisting of roof mounted and carport canopy solar photovoltaic systems at all three school campuses and unit ventilator replacements at Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School, which contract is subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Education of the New York State Education Department; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Board President to execute the above-described energy performance contract between the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District and Honeywell International Inc.; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes and directs the President of the Board of Education, the Superintendent of Schools and the Assistant Superintendent for Business each individually to take all actions, including the signing of related documents and forms, necessary to effect the purposes of this resolution and to cause compliance with the above-described energy performance contract between the School District and Honeywell International Inc. Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the resolution to authorize an EPC (energy performance contract) between the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District and Honeywell as presented.
