Croton Harmon Community Tennis Association, Inc. • crotontennis@gmail.com 6/8/2026 To Whom It May Concern: The Croton Harmon Community Tennis Association is a 501 C nonprofit dedicated to growing the sport of tennis in Croton and, our founding mission, to opening and professionally maintaining the clay courts at PVC. Since our founding as a nonprofit community tennis association, we are entirely responsible for raising the $10,000 per year to keep the PVC courts running, and are staffed by volunteers from the community. We hold occasional summer programming at CET tennis courts, to help community friend- and fundraising. We request a fee waiver as a 501 C nonprofit as community members using the courts.
