CROTON-HARMON UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT​ 10 Gerstein Street Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10598 Mr. Stephen Walker Superintendent of Schools July 1, 2026​ ​ ​ Ms. Kerri Tracy Croton-Harmon High School Re: Terms and Conditions of Employment for 2026-2027 School Year Dear Kerri:​ This is to summarize, for your records, your benefits as the Athletic Trainer with the District. I have outlined below what I think is a comprehensive description of the terms and conditions of employment that you enjoy as an employee with the District, in addition to those that you are entitled to as a full-time member of the Croton Teachers Association.​ Work Year/ Schedule -The position of Athletic Trainer is an eleven (11) month position, with a start date before the Fall season and concluding after the Spring Season. Specific dates are determined annually, in conjunction with the Director of Health, Wellness, Physical Education, and Athletics, depending on the school year’s athletic calendar. You shall work on those days and during such hours as is required for you to fulfill all of your responsibilities as Athletic Trainer for the District, including, but not limited to, on such dates and during such times as required by the Director of Health, Wellness, Physical Education, and Athletics. Salary - Your progress as Athletic Trainer will be evaluated on a yearly basis and your salary established annually. The salary for the 2026-27 school year is $58,000. Duties and Responsibilities- You shall be required to perform all the duties and responsibilities associated with the title of Athletic Trainer and as directed by the Athletic Director, including, but not limited to those in the “Description of Duties” attached hereto as Attachment “A.” ​ Legal Counsel -The Board agrees to provide indemnification and defense to you as Athletic Trainer consistent with and subject to the provisions of Board Policy 9110 and any rights which you, as Athletic Trainer, may have arising under the laws of the State of New York including, but not limited to, Education Law 3023, 3028, 3811, 3813, and Article 18 of the Public Officers Law. Resignation - If you resign from your position as Athletic Trainer for the Croton-Harmon UFSD, you must give the District 30-day’s notice. Please understand that the above terms and conditions are subject to continued satisfactory performance as a non-represented staff member in your title of Athletic Trainer. Once approved, the above terms and conditions will remain in effect until such time as modified by the Board of Education. The Board reserves the right to modify such terms upon adequate notice. Any terms and conditions not noted above continue to be subject to the discretion of the Board. Should you have any questions with regard to the terms please feel free to contact me. As soon as the Board has acted upon this Letter, notice will be provided to you by the District Clerk.
