In the name of God, amen. I Frederick Flipse of ye city of New York being in health of body and of sounde and perfect memory, thanks be to Almighty God, doe make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following Revoking and Annulling all former Wills and Testaments by me made either by word or writing.
