The time is very short, since it is the twenty-seventh inst, they must be at Westchester ; but they look for some forbearance and delay from your goodness in case, notwithstanding their diligence, they may not be able punctually to answer. Nothing is known in regard to the Rev. David Bonrepos' ministry or character. He must have resigned his charge here in 1694, for the Rev. John Miller describing the Province of New York in 1695, says: " There is a meeting-house at Richmond, (Staten Island.) of which Dr. Bonrepos is the minister." Upon the 9th day of March 1696, "David
