Re: Planning Board Application – 352 South Riverside
Revised Site Plan Submission
Dear Members of the Planning Board,
Please accept this letter as a cover letter for the revised site plan submission for the property located at 352
South Riverside.
The revised site plan includes the following changes:
Parking Space No. 19 has been removed because the existing stairway providing access to the cellar
obstructs its use and prevents it from functioning as a safe and practical parking space.
Parking Space No. 30 has been added and relocated to provide a functional replacement for the
removed parking space.
The original planting area has been removed to accommodate the new location of Parking Space No. 30.
The width of each parking space has been revised from 8 feet 5 inches to 8 feet 3 inches, reducing the
width by 2 inches per parking space.
The existing signage is to remain and be retained as shown on the revised drawings.
These revisions are being submitted for the Planning Board's review and consideration. The changes are
intended to address the site constraints while maintaining a practical and safe parking layout.
We respectfully request that the Planning Board review the enclosed revised site plans and approve the
proposed revisions. If any additional information or documentation is required, please let us know, and we will
provide it promptly.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
