Parking Department Quarterly Report September 1, 2025– November 30, 2025 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 45,950 transactions with revenue totaling $470,700.75 The daily parking account revenue for the first two quarters of the year is now at 58.5% of our projected annual budget. It appears that this account will exceed its budget target this year, as commuters and visitors continue to use Metro-North to travel to the city. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 64 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 381 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 832 Total Revenue: $380,742 The permit parking account revenue for the first two quarters of the year is now at 76.5% of our projected annual budget. This amount includes payments for three permit cycles. With one permit cycle remaining (in February), it is likely that this account will be slightly over budget for the fiscal year. Local Parking Permit Revenue: Seasonal Snow Parking Permits: 13 issued Asbury Parking Lot: 2 issued Croton Commons Parking Lot: 2 issued Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 2 issued South Harmon Parking Lot: 0 issued Croton Free Library Employees: 0 issued Residential Parking Permits: 4 issued Total Quarterly Revenue: $120.00 This amount represents 44% of our projected annual budget. As most permits are sold annually, the bulk of revenue in this account comes in the spring. Train Station Free Weekend Parking Permits: 70 issued
