Parking Department Quarterly Report December 01, 2024 – February 28, 2025 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 36,805 transactions with revenue totaling $383,492.85. The daily parking account revenue for the first three quarters of the year is now at 82.6% of our projected annual budget. This revenue account is on track to exceed its budgeted amount for the fiscal year as train travel continues to grow. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 59 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 359 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 772 Total Revenue: $386,685 The permit parking account revenue for the first three quarters of the year is now at 103.4% of the projected annual budget. This amount includes payment for all four permit cycles. Some additional revenue in this account is expected as commuters purchase permits mid-quarter.
