Parking Department Quarterly Report March 01, 2025 – May 31, 2025 Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: There were 43,733 transactions with revenue totaling $445,601.71 The daily parking account revenue for all four quarters of the year is now at 114.2% of our projected annual budget. As more employees commute into the city on intermittent schedules, we have seen this account exceed its budgeted amount. Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot: Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 58 Resident Parking Permits Sold: 364 Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 800 Total Revenue: $348,341.93 The permit parking account revenue for all four quarters of the year is now at 108% of our projected annual budget. This amount includes payments for all four permit cycles. We have seen an increase in permit parking, which has contributed to this account surpassing its budgeted amount for this year. Local Parking Permit Revenue: Seasonal Snow Parking Permits: 0 issued Asbury Parking Lot: 9 issued Croton Commons Parking Lot: 43 issued Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 33 issued South Harmon Parking Lot: 7 issued Residential Parking permits: 19 issued Total Deferred Revenue: $1,321.00 $60 in revenue for the 2024-2025 fiscal year was received this quarter.
