Highway
•
Cleaned sanitary sewer lines
•
Swept 140 miles of roadway
•
Started the yard waste removal program throughout the Village
•
Installed Veterans banners throughout the Village
•
Removed and replaced banners for various Village events
•
Installed summer banners and American flags throughout Village
•
Repaired 7 catch basins
•
Cleaned out 64 catch basins
•
Weekly asphalt maintenance (potholes and water patches)
•
Trimmed approximately 40 trees
•
Removed 12 trees (including grinding leftover stumps)
•
Planted 3 trees
•
Train Station parking lot plantings

Installed 2 new kayak racks at Echo Canoe Launch
Sanitation:

Collected approximately 743 tons of refuse

Preparing all necessary vehicles and equipment for the upcoming leaf season

Capital Projects:

Continue discussions with contractor for Train Station Parking Lot solar project

Continued the in-house renovation of the Police Department

Completed new parking lot on Wayne Street

Moved utilities (drainage, electric, gas) at Harmon Firehouse addition (new EMS) to
accommodate new foundation for building
