Parking Department Quarterly Report
June 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
Daily Transactions at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot:
There were 40,024 transactions with revenue totaling $400,623.
This amount represents 28.4% of our projected annual budget. Continued increases in the use of mass
transit following the pandemic has resulted in higher than budgeted revenues for the first quarter.
Quarterly Permit Parking at the Croton Harmon Train Station Parking Lot:
Preferred Parking Permits Sold: 51
Resident Parking Permits Sold: 355
Non-Resident Parking Permits Sold: 709
Total Revenue: $326,285
This amount represents 26.1% of our projected annual budget. We are continuing to see a slight
increase year-over-year in our parking permit sales. It remains to be seen if a larger increase is seen later
this year as companies continue to refine their return to office plans.

Asbury Parking Lot: 0 issued
Croton Commons Parking Lot: 13 issued
Merwin Oak Parking Lot: 12 issued

annual budget. These permits are annual in nature, leading to most revenue in this account coming in
May and June.
