Consent Subject 6.8 Special Education Agreement for Services Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the Special Education agreement for services contacts as presented. Agreement for services between Croton-Harmon Union Free School District and The Karafin School, at a rate set for by the New York State Education Department for the 2026-2027 school year. Agreement for services between Croton-Harmon Union Free School District and Green Chimneys Children's Services, at a rate set for by the New York State Education Department for the 2026-2027 school year. Agreement between Croton-Harmon UFSD and Management Advisory Group Special Services, Inc. (MAG) for STAC services for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $7,703.00 payable in monthly installments of $641.92, in addition to the terms and conditions presented.  Agreement for services between Croton-Harmon UFSD and Management Advisory Group Business Operations, Inc. (MAGBO) for Medicaid services for the 2026-2027 school year in the amount of $6,338.00 annually payable in monthly installments of $528.17, in addition to the terms and conditions presented.  Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves all the items under the consent agenda.
