Consent Subject 6.13 Capital Markets Advisors 2026-2027 Bid Award, RFP 2025-26 R03 Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the award to Capital Markets Advisors, LLC for 2026-2027 as presented for RFP 2026-26 R03, Fiscal Advisor Services. Capital Market Advisors, LLC, 11 Grace Avenue Suite 308, Great Neck ,NY 11021 is recommended for award for Fiscal Advisor Services for the 2026-27 school year.  The District received 4 responses to its RFP for Fiscal Advisor Services.  CMA offered an annual retainer of $20,000 for all bond, note and lease financing and continuing disclosure requirements.  Other special projects and state aid services will be billed at the hourly rate of $195.   Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves all the items under the consent agenda.
