Wallis one of the witnesses of the within deed of conveyance personally appeared before me Samuel Pimly one of the judges of the inferior Court of Common Pleas for the County of Westchester assigned and being duly sworn, declared that he saw the grantee himself sign, seal and deliver the same to Joseph Keeler as his free act and deed for the uses therein mentioned and that he likewise saw Sam'l Olinstead sign for the other witness with him the sa:ne time and I having suspected the same I find no material mistake or interlineation do allow the same to be recorded.
