And for the due and orderly conducting and carrying on the respective election of churchwardens and vestrymen by these presents established and ordained, our will and pleasure is, and We do declare and direct that the minister of the said church for the time being, shall give public notice thereof from time to time, as they may become necessary, and are hereby appointed, by publishing the same at the said church immediately after divine service on the Sunday next preceding the day appointed for such elections. And, furthermore, We do will, and by these presents for us, our heirs and successors, ordain, appoint and direct that the minister and churchwardens of the said church for the time being, or any two of them, shall and may from time to time, upon all occasions assemble and call together the said minister, churchwardens and vestrymen for the time being, or the greater number of them, the said vestryman ; which said minister and churchwardens, or any two of them, together with the said vestrymen, or the major part of them, shall be and by these presents arc authorized and empowered to consult, advise and consider, and by a majority of voices to direct, manage, transact and carry on the interests, business and affairs of the said church, and to hold vestries for that purpose. And we do further give and grant unto the said minister and members of Trinity church at New Rochclle in the county of Westchester aforesaid, and to their successors forever, that the minister and churchwardens of the said church for the time being, or any
