--- PAGE 1 --- Greenburgh Central Schoo] District Contract for Health and Welfare Services This agreement made in duplicate this March 9, 2026 by and between the Board of Education of Croton-Harmon U.F.S.D., in the County of Westchester, New York, (the Schoo! District of Residence) and the Board of Education of the Greenburgh Central School District, Town of Greenburgh, County of Westchester, New York. WITNESSETH, that whereas the School District of Residence is duly empowered by the provision of Section 912 of the Education Law to enter into a contract for the purpose of providing health and welfare services to the children residing in said school district and attending non-public schools in the Greenburgh Central School District, to begin on September 2, 2025 and to end on June 26, 2026. NOW, THEREFORE, the School District of Residence agrees to pay the Greenburgh Central School District the estimated sum of $1,844.43 per pupil for health and welfare services provided one (1) child residing in the District of Residence and attending non-public schools in the Greenburgh Central School District. And the Greenburgh Central School District hereby agrees with the School District of Residence as follows: 1. That the services to be provided shall consist of annual medical inspection, school nursing service, vision and hearing tests, examinations for employment certificates for students, examinations for participation in athletics, notification to parents regarding defects and follow up. 2. The party of the second part will also furnish the following equipment to be used in providing such services as requested by the authorities in charge of the non-public school: scales, vision and hearing devices, health record forms, first aid supplies. It is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the services agreed to be supplied under this contract shall not include any teaching services.
