--- PAGE 1 --- CONTRACT FOR HEALTH & RELATED SERVICES HARRISON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TOWNS OF HARRISON, RYE & NORTH CASTLE HARRISON, NEW YORK 10528 THIS AGREEMENT made in duplicate on this 7" day of January, 2026 by and between the Board of Education of Croton Harmon U.F.S.D., County of Westchester (Putnam/Rockland), New York, party of the first part, and the Board of Education of Harrison Central School District, Towns of Harrison, Rye and North Castle, Westchester County, New York, party of the second part. WITNESSETH, that whereas party of the first part has been duly empowered by a vote of the majority of the qualified voters present at a school meeting of said school district under the provisions of Section 912 of the Education Law to enter into a contract for the purpose of providing health and related services for 4 child/children residing in said school district and attending non-public schools in Harrison Central School District, Towns of Harrison, Rye and North Castle, Westchester County, New York to begin on September 1, 2025 and to end on June 30, 2026. NOW, therefore, the said party of the first part hereby agrees to pay to the party of the second part the sum of $1,318.51 per child, for health and related services to be provided to approximately 4 child/children residing in said school district and attending non-public schools in said Harrison Central School District, Towns of Harrison, Rye and North Castle, County of Westchester, New York. And the party of the second part hereby agrees with the party of the first part as follows: 1. That the services to be provided shall consist of the following: Annual medical inspection, school nursing service, vision and hearing tests, exams for employment certificates, examinations for participation in athletics, notification of parents regarding defects and follow-up, instructions for first aid care for school emergencies and psychological services. 2. The party of the second part will also furnish the following equipment to be used in providing such services if requested by the authorities in charge of the non-public school: vision and hearing testing devices, health record forms. It is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the service agreed to be supplied under this contract shall not include any teaching service. It is mutually agreed that this contract shall not become valid and binding upon either party thereto until the same shall be approved by the Superintendent of Schools.
