To: Janine King, Village Manager From: Frank Balbi, P.E., Superintendent of Public Works CC: Date: January 15th, 2021 Re: Cleaning Services - Bid # 04-2020 Annually, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson contracts with a company to assist the Department of Public Works with the cleaning of Village owned buildings and facilities. This contract benefits the Village by allowing Public Works to keep up with regular maintenance and repairs of its buildings and grounds. On December 23, 2020, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson advertised for invitations to bid for the Office and Building Cleaning Services contract (Bid # 04-2020). On January 14, 2021, four bids were received and publicly read. The following results were returned: Bid Results: Bidder Bid Amount 1. NSI Clean $ 3,200 per month 2. Reliable Cleaning $ 4,295 per month 3. Y.E.S. Enterprises $ 3,634 per month 4. Servco Industries $ 8,137.52 per month NSI Clean Worldwide has provided the Village with excellent service over the past two years, and has been responsive to any issues that have occurred. I recommend approving NSI Clean Worldwide’s proposal for the Office and Building Cleaning Services contract in the amount of $3,200.00 per month.
