On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: WHEREAS, the Village’s current contract for office and building cleaning services expired May 31, 2018; and WHEREAS, on May 17, 2018 the Village received and opened seven bids for office and building cleaning services for various Village facilities including the Police Station, Community Room, Gouveia House, DPW offices, Parking Lot office, and pay machine kiosks; and WHEREAS, the low bidder for office and building cleaning services was NSI Clean of Middletown, New York, in the amount of $3,276.00 per month; and WHEREAS, after reviewing the bids and checking references, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, recommends awarding the bid to NSI Clean, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to sign the contract from NSI Clean for office and building cleaning services, to begin June 1, 2018, in the amount of $3,276.00 per month, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the amount should be charged to A1620.4000.
