On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #13-2021 WHEREAS, the Village’s current contract for office and building cleaning services expires January 31, 2021; and WHEREAS, the existing contract covers the following facilities: the Municipal Building, Gouveia House, DPW Garage, Parking Lot office, and pay machine kiosks; and WHEREAS, on December 23, 2020, the Village advertised an Invitation to Bid for office and building cleaning services; and WHEREAS, on January 14, 2021, the Village received and opened four bids; and WHEREAS, the low bidder for office and building cleaning services was NSI Clean of Middletown, New York, in the amount of $3,200.00 per month; and WHEREAS, after reviewing the bids, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, recommends awarding the bid to NSI Clean, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to award Bid No. 4-2020 for office and building cleaning services to NSI Clean of Middletown, New York, for the period beginning February 1, 2021, through January 31, 2022, in the amount of $3,200.00 per month.
