§ 116-1

Additional Type II actions.

Amended 4-9-2025 by L.L. No. 6-2025

Consistent with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law), and the regulations promulgated pursuant to that statute (6 NYCRR Part 617, hereinafter "Part 617"), the Village of Croton-on-Hudson determines the actions listed in Attachment 1 of this chapter to be additional Type II actions. This list may be updated from time to time via resolution by the Village Board of Trustees.
