He is listed as a 79-year-old farmer in the Town of Greenwich, Connecticut, in the 1850 United States Census. LAWRENCE, Samuel Samuel Lawrence was a son of Captain Samuel Lawrence of the Westchester County Militia. He served in his father's company during the Revolutionary War. John Macdonald indicated that Lawrence was 87 years old at the time of his interview on October 30, 1846. His tombstone in the Mead Family Burial Ground in South Salem, New York, indicates that he died on February 15, 1848, aged 89 years (WCHS Book #10, p. 56).

LOCKWOOD, Daniel John Macdonald indicated that Daniel Lockwood was born in January 1769. He is listed as an 81-year-old farmer in the Town of Stamford, Connecticut, in the 1850 United States Census.
