Robert Morris was the son of Richard Morris (1730-1810), who served as Chief Justice of New York from 1779 to 1790, and Sarah Ludlow (1730-1791). He was born on June 28, 1762, and died on February 22, 1851. He is listed as an 87-year-old resident of the Town of West Farms, New York, in the 1850 United States Census. MOSEMAN, Elizabeth Elizabeth Moseman's tombstone in Buxton Cemetery in Bedford, New York, indicates that she died on March 6, 1848, in the 74th year of her age (WCHS Book #3A, p.261).

MOSEMAN, Stephen John Macdonald indicated that Stephen Moseman was 75 years old at the time of his interview on November 17, 1847. He is listed as a 78-year-old farmer in the Town of Bedford, New York, in the 1850 United States Census. His tombstone in Buxton Cemetery in Bedford indicates that he died on February 24, 1854, aged 80 years (WCHS Book #3A, p.262).

MOSEMAN, Willet Willet Moseman is listed as a 64-year-old farmer in the Town of Rye, New York, in the 1850 United States Census. His tombstone in Greenwood Union Cemetery indicates that he was born on October 10, 1786, and died on March 8, 1863 (WCHS Book #16, p.14).

MULLINEAUX, Jesse See MULLINEX, Jesse

MULLINEX, Jesse Although John Macdonald also spelled Jesse's surname as Mullineaux, Mollineux, and Mullineaux, it is usually spelled Mullinex. John Macdonald indicated that he was 82 years old at the time of his interview on November 11, 1846. He is listed as an 85-year-old farmer in the Town of New Rochelle, New York, in the 1850 United States Census. His tombstone in Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery in New Rochelle indicates that he died on February 17, 1853, aged 88 years, 7 months, and 24 days (WCHS Book #18, p.50).
