STEVENSON, ____ (Mrs.) Mrs. Stevenson is likely Ann Stevenson. She told John Macdonald that she was 88 years old at the time of her interview on October 23, 1849. She is listed as an 89-year-old native of Scotland residing in the 6th Ward of New York City in the 1850 United States Census. Also residing in the same household at the time is her son, 58-year-old Dr. John B. Stevenson, whom it appears Macdonald unsuccessfully sought to interview.

STRANG, Thomas Thomas Strang was a son of Captain Henry Strang and a nephew of Major Joseph Strang, both of whom served in the Westchester County Militia. He is listed as an 87-year-old resident of the Town of Yorktown, New York, in the 1850 United States Census.
